I'm really sorry to hear you've had such a bad experience with Yodel. It is the one part of the service that will always have room for improvement. We have used nearly all the couriers over the last 10 years and they all seem much the same. There will always be the odd occasion when the process breaks down but, as you can see from our feedback stats, most of the time, they fulfil their obligations and the customer is happy. Not an excuse, merely an explanation. I notice your order is out for delivery to you again today and I will keep a close eye on it to make sure you get it.
