thanks for the review and nice to hear kind words about the courier. they don't have an easy job lugging heavy parcels around all day! also glad to hear the removal boxes were strong and sturdy.

firstly i'm sorry no-one responded to your email. that is inexcusable. we have recently switched our hosting provider, which may explain why it slipped through the net. secondly i'm sorry you only got 17 and not 20 boxes. in way of explanation, and certainly not an excuse, the boxes are bundled and strapped in 10s by machinery. i imagine the warehouse didn't check the numbers. not good and i will refund the difference immediately. with regards delivery, due to their size, the parcels have to be manually sorted through the courier's network, which does result in the occasional delay, which is why we are careful not to guarantee next day delivery. unfortunately, at the moment, since Citylink's recent demise, they are the only courier that will handle oversize parcels. i'm glad they arrived the following day though. all in all not great and i'm sorry. to prove your experience with us is a rare occurrence, and that we usually respond to emails very quickly, should you require more boxes, email us once you've placed the order and I'll arrange a 15% refund.

Looking at event tracking, the order was placed on a Saturday at 6.50pm, processed and despatched on the Monday, and signed for on the Tuesday at 1.39pm. Pretty good I'd say! Thanks for the review and good luck with the rest of your move.

FYI - following another comment from a customer over the w/e, we are actively looking for an alternative to the current picture frame box. just thought i'd let you know...

thanks for taking the time to review and noticing the layout and design of the website. we think there are far more important things to be doing when moving house than looking for removal boxes! we've therefore tried to make it easy to access information and get what you want as quickly as possible so you can get back to the far more important stuff!
