Hi Nick, I really appreciated your swift response and offer of compensation. However, in the end it proved totally unfeasible for me to collect the boxes in person given the distance and the very limited window of opportunity that the courier company gave to collect them (and I freely admit that most of the problems I've experienced have been caused by Yodell, not you!). Therefore I'd be grateful if you could either refund me, or arrange for the boxes to be re-sent (I can give an different delivery address if necessary). Many thanks.
