Good customer service but defects could have been avoided

Beautiful furniture

Excellent delivery service. Great quality products. I had to do a few holes where they were blocked up in order to build the furniture but very straightforward otherwise. Beautiful furniture.

服务都是很好，但就是无法解决问题

服务都是很好，但就是无法解决问题。我买了Ascende Maxi Bunk bed，送货后发现整个上辅都非常脏，于是我及时发邮件和电话联系了悉尼的售后服务，服务人员态度很好，说因为没货了，要从上海调新的过来，但是5个月过去了，还没有解决问题。现在马上就要过圣诞了，我不想用这张床过年，请问你们有别的解决方案吗？比如换一款现在有货的，或者退货，补偿等等。希望我写的这些能解决我的问题，谢谢！
