Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us! We're pleased to hear you're happy with your Boori experience. :) I'm sorry to hear you were unable to organise a call from our delivery partner. I believe they offer a tracking service but I'm not sure they can offer a call to warn of an impending delivery. If you have any further questions on this please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you once again! Best wishes, Rebecca

I'm very sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your Boori purchase. We feature images on our website of all modes associated with our cot beds and therefore include an image of our toddler bed mode with the Toddler Guard Panel. We do highlight that our Toddler Guard Panel is available separately in the features section of the product page, however we will pass your feedback onto our Customer Services Team to see if we're able to improve clarity. Once again I'm very sorry to hear you feel disappointed. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch. Many thanks, Rebecca
