„Boori“ apžvalgos

Hi Ashley, I'm ever so sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the level of service you have received. This certainly isn't how we want our customers to feel and I can only apologise that you've not yet received a response to your enquiry. Although it is no excuse, we recently went through a change in personnel and I wonder if perhaps your enquiry may have been missed during this period. I have passed your email onto our Customer Services Manager and have asked that they reach out to you directly. Again, I'm very sorry about this and I hope you're able to place your trust in Boori in the future. Best wishes, Rebecca

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Although I'm happy to see you were happy with the service you received, I'm very sorry that you're not totally satisfied with your purchase. I'm surprised to hear there's a gap between the mattress and the bed frame if both are King Single sized. If you don't mind, could you please email our customer services team via services@boori.com.au as we'd like to investigate this further for you? Thank you once again for sharing your review. Best wishes, Rebecca
