Good afternoon, thank you for your review we appreciate all feedback. The fault on your vehicle was not covered as it occurred before the start date of your policy. As there has been no previous warranty cover on your vehicle there was a one month gap between the date of sale and the start date of the policy and no pre-existing faults would be covered.
