Appalling. Someone else's custom made blind was delivered instead of my own a week ago. It has his name, address and order number on it. The seller is not responding to messages - not even the one...

Hi Susan,
I'm very sorry that your order has experienced some sort of mix up at the manufacturers. I can see that you have been in touch with our Customer Service dept and this in turn has been relayed to the supplier.
Please accept my sincere apologies and also trust that we will put this right for you.
I ordered two samples from Blinds Hur which did arrive wet quickly. However one of the samples I requested and which is the material I really wanted for my blinds was out of stock.

Samples are sent on first class postal service - on reviewing the order I have it that you placed the order on 13th April and it was dispatched from here the same day. We are aware that Royal Mail is one of the carrier services most adversely affected at the moment - but for samples its really the only practical dispatch method. I really hope that you have since received your order & once again sorry for the inconvenience.

Terrible. I have emailed twice and heard nothing from them. No considering contacting credit card company to cancel order.

Hi Alison,
I'm really sorry to hear that you have attempted to reach out to us & you have not heard back - please accept my sincere apologies. You may understand that the measures that we have had to put in place to comply with social distancing measures has stretched both ours and our suppliers resources - but still this is not the service standards you should expect from us so sorry. Thank you for your order and on investigation, your roman blinds are all confirmed with the supplier and are currently in manufacture. These products are of course a made to measure product - on a 10-14 working day lead time. So working forward you should expect for it to be dispatched and received by you possibly the end of next week - although it could be beginning of the w/c 4th May. You will receive a dispatch notice when it has been shipped.
