Poor service

I clicked a link in an email from Bikmo informing them I did not want to renew my policy this year, and guess what, they have automatically renewed, taking the money from my account. Not good...

We really do apologise that your policy was renewed. Unfortunately we don't appear to have received your cancellation request, which is what led your policy to being renewed over the weekend. We're be looking into why this wasn't received, and any identified issues will be resolved as a priority. Your policy has now been cancelled with effect from the renewal date, and we can confirm that no premium was charged for the renewal.
