I requested a new scooter battery and the item that was delivered was devoid of any electrolyte.
I sent a request and in 24 hours have not received an answer. Not great service

Firstly let me apologise for the slow response, no excuses but I will address the situation so that hopefully it will not happen in the future. The Battery you have been sent did not include the Electrolyte and it should have, I will ensure that this is sent to you directly.

The battery should have been sent with the Electrolyte included, this was an oversight by the picker which will be rectified. You should receive another parcel from us directly.
