Many thanks for your feedback on your order 16845. Our terms and conditions state that if there is an alternative product available or the product has been replaced that we may send this out without contacting the customer. Having double checked your order the part numbers were identical for the new and the old, so perhaps our dispatch guys didn't believe the products were indeed any different. Many thanks, Bike Gear.
