I placed my order only to find the product was not in stock like it said. They then supplied a different product without my say so. I contacted them to complain and they offered taking that item...

Firstly please accept my apologies if you have received below standard service from one of our team. We are currently in the process of relocating all our Mail Order to one location where we can keep a tighter control to ensure our procedures are carried out to the standard we expect our team to meet.
I will investigate your particular issue becasue we never ever expect customers to be out of pocket through using our services and ensure you that this will be addressed straight away through further team training. We also offer a swap out arrangement should there be any issue with the product.
