Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company. I'm sorry you feel let down by us. Unfortunately you ordered a bed that our website stated was out of stock and a disposal service, which again as per our website is not a service available with orders for these beds. I'm sorry the delivery didn't turn up when we hoped it would. The bed was with Tuffnells on time however once they have the order delays to deliveries are sadly beyond our control. Please pass on our apologies to your father.
