Have not opened yet but hoping state of the box isn't to go by as box damaged and marks all over and corner covered in bird poo so clearly stored outside

We're sorry to hear that. The goods wouldn't have left the warehouse in that state, so we guess it was Tuffnells causing the damage. Please let us know if there are any issues with the bed so we can resolve them for you.
