Poor customer service
They were quick to sell but when I had to change policy they told me to buy a second and they'd refund the first. Am still awaiting the refund...or a call back.

Easy to organise and much cheaper than buying abroad. I have not made a claim, so cannot say how that would go, but am pleased with this product.
