Your plants are covered by our 12 month plant guarantee, so if they have not picked up please do let us know. Golden Privet is a semi-evergreen, which means the plants may lose some or all their leaves during a very cold winter. Lots of new leaves will push through again in spring and in summer. Your new plants will really brighten up your garden with their yellow and green variegated leaves and they will produce creamy/white flowers that will attract lots of butterflies and bees. Hi, Lovely to speak to you and thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry you were sent such poor quality plants and I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this was for you. As discussed on our call our accounts department will process a full refund for you. I do hope that with a little TLC you will be able to save some of the Berberis Evergreen plants you received. They are ideal as an intruder proof hedge due to its prickly thorns! During Spring they produce lovely yellow flowers and in Autumn black/blue fruits will feed hungry birds. Then in spring new leaves and buds will push through. In spring it will produce masses of fragrant white flowers and the pollen will attract lots of butterflies and bees.
