High delivery charge

Great service
Delivery seems quite expensive but comes so quick which is great when you dont realise you are on your last tub. It is also packaged so well to keep it all frozen.

Easy to order and pay for. Delivery on time and quick. Well packed and still frozen when arrived. My little Whippet seems to love the food but we are still experimenting with flavours.

When is it being delivered? By whom?
Quality of food & packaging is brilliant. However the system used for tracking the delivery is not. Only tells you if it’s shipped, not by whom or when it’s actually being delivered.

We use DPD for our delivery, you should receive a notification text with an hour timeframe the morning of your delivery!

Sadly this did not happen. You use the ‘Shop’ app and that only tells you when something has been shipped, not by whom & it doesn’t let you know when a delivery is going to happen. As a customer I felt completely in the dark.
