In store service was good however the delivery experience was dreadful. the (expensive) new furniture was carried into the house without any covering which surprised me.

Dear Mrs Lea-Cox,
We are very sorry that you were not happy with the delivery experience. In this instance, as the sofa was awkward and unsafe to carry into your home packaged, it was unwrapped in the delivery vehicle prior to bringing into the room.
A new part was ordered to replace the marked leg and was successfully replaced by our delivery team. We are concerned that you did not receive the care instructions for your furniture as this is normally attached to the delivery note, of which we have the copy you have signed. We can confirm a copy of the care instructions were posted to you directly.
