Hi, Thanks for getting in touch. We've taken a look at your customer service ticket regarding your cancellation request and it appears it was sent by you after the 2nd chapter box had already been posted out. I can see that you unsubscribed from our customer emails after receiving the first chapter so I'm not sure if there was some confusion over thinking that also cancelled your subscription? Either way, get in touch with the customer service team and they will sort everything for you. Take care.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. We've taken a look at the customer service ticket relating to this issue and because you immediately requested a cancellation and refund for this, it unfortunately did not leave us any way of resolving the issue for you or making good. Therefore, normal return and refund procedures were followed (which do take a few days to process). Any fulfilment issues are resolved with replacement items/games sent out free of charge. Additionally, we would have also offered you a free game as an apology due to the situation should you have allowed us the chance to do so. We take quality control very seriously and I'm pleased to say incidents like this are very rare. We sincerely apologise for this packing error as mentioned in our correspondence with you on the matter. Should you wish to restart the game with us please do get in contact.
