„Barnes Coaches“ apžvalgos

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the length of the journey affected your overall experience. Spending more time on the road than at the destination is understandably frustrating. While traffic and road conditions can be unpredictable, we completely agree that clearer expectations make a big difference. We’ll be looking closely at our scheduling and timings to see where improvements can be made. Thank you again for your feedback — it genuinely helps us refine and enhance our trips.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the day overall, especially the scenic Cotswold villages and the visit to the garden centre. Mother Nature can be unpredictable, and unfortunately the timing wasn’t on our side this year. Steve always wants guests to have the best experience possible, so your kind words about his efforts will mean a lot to him. We’re also sorry to hear about the cold draft on the coach. Your comfort is important to us, and we’ll make sure this is looked into. Thank you again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you back on a future trip.
