Thanks for your feedback regarding our minimum order sizes. However, as advertised we offer high-quality artificial grass at bargain prices - which looking at your feedback you agree with. 

To achieve these low prices we have to manage our stock efficiently and effectively. Many of our artificial grass ranges are cut to size at our manufacturers. In this case, we simply do no stock 2x3m or fewer length rolls. The minimum size we have is 2x4.

We do also advise that customers double check their sizes before ordering to avoid these types of errors we could have supplied an extra 3m length on your original roll purchase which would have meant you had a 2 x 9.5m.

I'm sorry for your disappointment but we do not stock your requested sizes and due to minimal profit margins (to ensure our customers get the very best deal), we couldn't subsidise the extra cost - which would have meant a loss for Bargain Grass on your order. 

We hope you do make another order with us in the future.

Your samples were sent out the day after you requested your FREE samples. Unfortunately, to reduce costs we do not track our samples - the savings are passed onto our customers. We also did not receive any notification from yourself to inform us that your samples never arrived - your review is the first interaction we have had with you regarding this matter. 

Our automated email that is sent to your email on submission of your sample request states that we can not guarantee delivery by Royal Mail and they can sometimes go missing; if you do not have your samples in 72 hours please call us. 

Had we known we would have sent you a replacement straight away. I have dispatched another sample pack for you today and I will call in the next two days to see if it has arrived. It might be worth checking with your local post office as they may be holding the samples if they were unable to deliver them to you.
