Hi,
I am so sorry to read your recent review with regards to your order. I have spoken to our sales team who advised me that the product you kindly ordered does have a 'dispatch date' banner on the product in question informing you of a dispatch date of 28th May 2021.
Please can you advise whether you noticed this banner prior to ordering your product?
Finally, I sincerely apologize that you were not updated earlier, however due to current COVID constraints, the majority of our sales service team are still on furlough and hence response times are being effected which I can only apologize for. We are hopeful response times will be improved as more of our service team return.
