I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the experience you had with us. Your policy was designed to cover treatment of new medical conditions, or symptoms, which began after you joined. As you were underwritten with a moratorium, any symptoms which you experienced within the 5 years prior to joining us would not be covered, which is outlined in your policy handbook.
