In terms of next steps and making a claim, the best thing would be to visit this link, www.axaglobalhealthcare.com/en/members/ then scroll to the bottom of the page and where it says ''Make a claim'' click, ''Find out more'' and this will give you full instructions on what you need to do. A brief summary is that you will need to pre-authorise with AXA Global healthcare first by calling our number, +44 01892 503856 to make a claim and we will do the rest.
