As stated at the time of booking, these tickets could only be cancelled up to 10 days before the event. Unfortunately, our supplier was unable to cancel or refund the ticket outside of this timeframe, regardless of the reason. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for the disappointment caused.
