Thank you for taking the time to leave review. We appeciate your feedback with regard to the lids on our new hand gel. Due to limitations in acquiring packaging due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we were limited in our options when creating our new cleansing hand gel. As a business, we took the decision to move forward with the production on the hand cleansing gel in the packaging we were able to source, as we felt the need for the cleansing hand gel was greater. Moving forward we’ll be looking to improve on the packaging sourced on all of our cleansing hand gels. We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your continued support.
