Yes our Apricot Seeds are bitter. Sweet apricot seeds usually contain little to no B17, whereas bitter seeds usually contain higher amounts. If you find that you do not like the bitter taste you can grind the seeds in a coffee grinder and add them to your favorite smoothies, drinks, and even in your food. And yes, a great option for those who don't like the bitter taste of the seeds are the Apricot Seed Capsules.
