Hi Marie, I'm sorry that you've had this experience. It's never fun when your package gets lost in transit. Unfortunately, once our carrier ships the package, we are limited in our options if it becomes lost. no product. Product was a week late and then 3 days (apx) it went on sale. In between i got a snarky email from a person in billing.
