Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We sincerely apologize for the room mix-ups — being assigned accessible rooms when that wasn't needed, along with the uncomfortable bedding, are things we take seriously and will pass along to our hotel partners. On the bright side, it's wonderful to hear the guides, driver, excursions, and shows were a real highlight of the trip. We appreciate your candour and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother experience!

Thank you for the lovely feedback! Knowing our team was always on hand to help means everything to us. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon!

Thank you, Linda! We're glad the food, guides, airport transfers, and luggage portering all delivered on your Prague, Krakow, Budapest & Vienna tour. Steve and the whole team work hard to keep every part of the journey running smoothly, and we hope to welcome you back on another adventure in the future!

Thank you for the wonderful rating! We're delighted the hotels, meals, and guides all delivered on your Africa adventure. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled you had a great experience on your Morocco journey and hope to welcome you back on another adventure in the future!
