Thank you for your feedback. You can login to your booking via the "manage my booking " tab in the top right of our site. Here you are able to update your booking, contact a member of our team or reprint your documents. We do have credit card charges, which are outlined on your booking review page, before the payment page. The rates can be found in our terms of business. However, if you book using a debit card you will not incur any charges. I am not sure why it requested for you to pay your booking in full as you were not due to travel for more than 4 weeks after. We offer the option of a deposit, which is flexible to what you would like to pay at that time. Full payment is then requested when the travel is just 4 weeks away. Many thanks, alpharooms.com team

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your room. If you refer to our help section we provide the following description of a quad room: Quad Room: This room will sleep two adults and two children, some properties will allow a total of four adults. It may not be larger than a twin or double room so when the room is fully occupied it may be cramped. Kind regards, alparooms.com team
