Our Customer Services team did try to contact you to inform you that some of the products on your order had a 3-4 day delivery leadtime. It's very odd that you can rate a knife, fork, spoon etc as "Bad". They are a standard item and passed QC. It's a shame that there was no packaging on the returned items, it's almost as if they were used and then returned. I'm not sure what more we could do, and have tried to learn from this feedback and your experience. I do hope we can serve you again in the future. Our Customer Services team did try to contact you to make you aware that some of the products on your order had a 3-4 day delivery leadtime (as shown on the website). These products would normally be sent on a next day service, with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day as soon as they come into stock. Unfortunately after several attempts, we were unable to to get hold of you over the Christmas period. I do hope this experience doesn't discourage you from shopping with us in the future.
