Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. It is company policy to combine multiple orders where possible so we can pass the postage savings on to the customer. Both your orders hit the free postage level so there was no P&P to refund. However, i have refunded our standard P&P rate as an apology. In the future, please let us know if you want your parcels sent separately and we will make sure they are.
