Supportive, Welcoming and above and beyond my expectation.
The course is well wrote. The staff from the admin team to the tutors go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to chase a career in Personal Training.

The course was very informative and we learned a lot of the chair based exercises through repetition. I did think the course was a little bit too long but still enjoyed it.
