Good morning Richard, Apologies for the lack of delivery, and thanks for the feedback, as we've not heard anything from you regarding your order. On January 20th, we sent you an email advising you of a delay due to lack of stock. On the 22nd Jan, a further email was sent to let you know that the order had been dispatched. The order was sent on an untracked 48 hour Royal Mail service, and as we'd heard nothing from you we assumed the order had been received and that there were no issues. Usually in this case I'd just send the goods out with DPD, as they offer a tracked service and they're basically guaranteed to arrive with you the next day, but as you mentioned a refund in your review. I'll just have that arranged on this occasion. You should see this in your account within 24 hours. Kind regards, Sam Hayman
