Good afternoon Liz,

Thanks for the feedback. The item was sent out to you on a next day service as offered. Unfortunately we have no control over the time that the delivery is due, as that's entirely down to the routing of the DPD driver that was delivering your parcel. Despite is being delivered at 4:34pm with a neighbour, it was delivered the next day as offered, which is all we can do from this end. The routing and time of delivery isn't advisable until the actual day of delivery.

As for the refund, I did advise on over the weekend just gone that it will be refunded either Monday or Tuesday. The order was refunded Tuesday, but it can sometimes take up to 48 hours to process, so you should ideally see the money back in your account today. We do have a process set up for returns, as it's myself that handles them. Unfortunately though, when we're understaffed like we have been recently, I as well as my colleagues have to cover for the people that aren't in, so the returns do build up with order being sent back every day. Because of this, the return did take longer to process as usual, but the refund was processed when advised.

Kind regards,

Samuel Hayman

Good morning Margaret,

Thanks for the feedback, and apologies for the delay. We do try to supply as soon as possible, but these delays do rarely happen. Once the item is here, it will be sent on a next day service. If between now and then you change your mind on the order we'd be happy to refund your money back to you.

Kind regards,

Samuel Hayman
