Sorry to hear your feedback that you feel the quality of the backing on the latest mats is not the same as your previous mats. Investigating further it seems that the smaller, more recent mats that you have bought have our latex backing, specifically suited to hard floors. This is a lighter weight backing than your previous mats which had our multi-grip backing designed for both carpets and hard floors. The multi-grip backing is a heavier weight and should be studded on the reverse. Unfortunately, we do not have the Micro sized mats available with the heavier multi-grip backing. So sorry to hear about the difficulties you have had with your order. I have been investigating further and unfortunately due to the popularity of the Brown Squares Runner your order could not be fulfilled straight away - my apologies that this was the case. I'm not sure however why your order was cancelled - I shall look into this as this is certainly unusual and not the service we would ever want our customers to experience. With regard to your mat moving, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the mat will not move at all. All multi-grip Turtle Mats have anti-slip backings to minimise creep on carpets but with such a wide variety of carpets and floor surfaces available we cannot guarantee no movement at all. I know that Lakeland have a Rug Control Spray or Grip-a-Rug tape that may well help with the movement - if this is of any help.
