Terrible! 3 of the 5 rugs I ordered were either out of stock or no longer being produced, despite showing as available on the website. Email queries were never answered. MR just couldn't care less...
Delighted with this rug. Friends have commented how good it looks in situ and at a good price. The whole experience of buying and delivery was quick and trouble free.

Lovely rug it did take a while for it to lay flat as it was rolled up and it must of been like that for a long time but it is lovely.
