From purchase to delivery everything was easy and straight forward. Email to tell me when rug would be delivered etc. Great service and now I have my fabulous new Rug
Quick delivery and very well wrapped and protected. Quality of rug excellent for the money. Very pleased. Only downside was using UPS for delivery and trying to change delivery day with UPS...
I'm very disappointed with the rug I've bought, it's always creeping up on the floor for some reason, forever straightening it, with I'd chosen another one
