initial dealing good, however not happy with level of service when it came to delivery etc very poor customer relationship - needs addressing

We are sorry that you are disappointed with the level of service you have received. Our records show that the chair was collected and therefore we are concerned that you have made a comment regarding our delivery service. The swivel chair is delivered in to ourselves flat packed and as part of our delivery service we will assemble the chair for you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service on collections as there may be a problem when we are loading your vehicle due to the size of the product. If you have any outstanding queries, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Everything was good with one exception, the length of time it took to get served within the store. The service provided by your delivery staff was excellent.
