We are sorry that you had to wait a few weeks above the lead time estimated on your sales order.
It is very normal for us to arrange samples of fabric/ leather to be sent directly from our suppliers and i am sorry if you did not receive your sample on this occasion.
The complimentary leather care kit is normally handed to you at the point of placing your order and if was not the case, please get back in touch with your sales person to arrange this for you.
