I am sorry you feel let down by our service, we would always try and deal with customer service, but on this occassion we wanted you to talk directly with our delivery company as to avoid any miss communications
I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. And after several phone calls and emails I still don't know when they are going to arrive.

the sales team where excellent very friendly and not pushy.. Just helpful!!!!
