We were advised of your mobility issues only after your booking had been made. At that stage, we contacted you in writing (via email) to confirm whether you were able to manage aircraft steps, to which you responded that you could. Based on this information, we had no reason to believe that you would be unable to manage the six steps at the hotel. Our website clearly states that this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues, and the photographs also clearly show the presence of steps. Although you mentioned that you had researched the hotel thoroughly, it appears that these details were overlooked until a few days prior to travel. We are sincerely sorry that the outcome was that you did not travel. However, we believe that the property was accurately described, and as the extent of your mobility issues were not disclosed until after booking, we could not have known that this accommodation would not be suitable for your needs.
