Thanks for the feedback Michelle. Can you let us know: Did you receive an email to confirm the order was verified? Did you receive an email confirming the order was paid? Did you receive a phone call to verify your mailing address? This will help us to figure out what may have happened with this order. Thanks!

I was instructed to send my card through the mail. I was notified that you record my card, and a check would be mailed out. I wasn't aware that you were going to email, or call for further verification. I became aware when I called to see when my check was being sent.
There was a brief breakdown in communication.
