Thanks for your feedback re: Order 813. Here is the timing we have: Order placed 09.06.21. Order verified 09.07.21. Payment issued and mailed on 09.07.21. Check cleared 09.27.21. Would you mind letting us know when you received the physical check in the mail? As a reminder....We issue a check on the next business day after we verify the balance on the card. We mail via USPS First Class and you should expect it within 3-7 business days. Unfortunately, sometimes USPS slows down around the holidays.

Outstanding Experience
Excellent and very prompt customer service. I had my check in hand in 4 days. Company was extremely pleasant to speak with and extremely reassuring that they were in fact a legitimate organization.
