I submitted my card 09/27 I believe and I just got my money this morning.... I submitted the card electronically so they got it instantly but I was left waiting for 3 weeks

Hello. You submitted your order on 09.25 and the payment was issued on 09.27 and sent in the mail on 09.28. We issue a check on the next business day after we verify the balance on the card. We mail via USPS First Class and you should expect it within 3-7 business days. You mobile deposited your payment on 10.08 which is the 7th business day after it was sent in the mail. The check cleared our account on 10.11. I am sorry that this did not meet your expectations but the timing is within what we indicate on our website. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how quickly the letter gets delivered by USPS. Thanks and hope to do business with you again!

Customer service was great, the process was pretty quick and easy, although I wish I didn't have to call and confirm my address. Everything else was perfect.
