Got a call one day after, said check was going out in a couple days. The grace period handles a buffer to ensure you don't steal the card back. Honestly and great people.

Hello-
I am very sorry you did not have a great experience. You placed your order on 09.10 and it was verified and paid on 09.12. Check 11459 went out in the mail on 09.13. We mail via USPS First Class and you should expect it within 3-7 business days. You deposited your check on 09.20 at 12.19 PM at Union Savings and it cleared our account on 09.23. So, you received your payment by the 5th business day which is well within our expected timing. Once you receive and deposit your first payment, then, you are eligible for electronic payment on subsequent orders.
