Hi Mikhail, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise for the confusion and the poor experience this caused. To clarify - the product you received is the same formula as Lion's Mane+, with identical ingredients and dosages. The name difference on the packaging is due to FDA regulatory requirements for certain market packaging, which we acknowledge was not communicated to you previously and we completely understand why receiving an unfamiliar name was alarming. We are also truly sorry that your emails were not responded to in a timely manner, your email got lost in our inbox and that is entirely on us. We have since been in touch, issued a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill and provided a discount code for future purchases.
