Regarding you questioning of the authenticity of our product, we have sent you an email with all the lab reports addressing your concerns. You will also find these labs reports all over each NMN product page with clear links and in the product FAQs. Each lab report covers purity, heavy metals and stability report at extreme conditions. We were one of the first companies in the UK to sell NMN. We are also the first and only company to find our NMN lab tested in a UK/European lab. Hello Estelle, We see Laposte delivered your package on the day you wrote this review. We are sorry for the delay, but we dispatched your order to Royal Mail the next day, and they handed it over to Laposte shortly after, so the delay seemed to be with the French postal system. So though we take responsibility for the providers we use, we are in unprecedented times.
