Hello Diane. Thanks for your feedback. We truly value all feedback from customers, but it's important those customers who read the feedback understand all the details of the order. You placed your order on Friday 17th January at 1.53pm and selected our NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service. The 'next working day' to Friday is Monday. We picked packed and dispatched your order on the Friday and it was indeed delivered on Monday as you were informed to your neighbour (as you were not in) and a card was left. We do all we can to make our delivery processes as clear as we can, through both the title of the delivery options, a delivery page explaining deliveries and an F.A.Q page also explaining deliveries (like in relation to orders placed on a Friday). We are sorry if this was not clear enough for you. We are pleased however you have your items and you like them. Kind regards Yoga Rebel Team
