Hi Gaby,We are very sorry to hear you feel this way about the quality of your previous order. We have not yet received your return but we usually find that it can take over a week until we receive returns from the date the customer had sent the parcel back to us. If the return was not sent on a tracked service, we usually would not be able to refund you before we receive this item, please see an email we have just sent to you regarding this.We are sorry you had felt the cotton of the nightshirt did not meet the usual standards as your previous nightshirt. I can see that your previous nightshirt you had purchased with us was our cotton sateen fabric, which is a much softer fabric than the cotton twill you had purchased and our classic all year round fabric. The cotton twill is a seasonal fabric we use that has a slightly thicker handle and is suitable for the current colder months.
